Do we need to roll out all modules at once?

No. Most companies start with a single module – commonly Meridian for field service or Aurora for CRM – and expand in clearly defined phases. There is no requirement to adopt the full platform at once.

How soon do we see first results?

Typically within 4 to 8 weeks after the first module goes live. Teams starting with Meridian commonly report measurable improvements in first-time fix rate and reduced dispatch times within the first month.

Is NorthernOps GDPR compliant?

Yes. The entire platform is designed for GDPR-compliant data processing. Data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany and the EU. On-premise deployments are available on request.

How is NorthernOps priced?

NorthernOps offers modular pricing based on team size and the modules you use. There is no all-or-nothing contract. You receive a tailored quote after a short demo call where we identify the right scope together.

Can NorthernOps integrate with our ERP system?

Yes. NorthernOps provides standard connectors for common ERP systems including SAP, Navision/Business Central, and Lexware. Custom integrations can also be configured without development effort via the built-in Hub event bus.

What does the onboarding process look like?
